I'd think that, based on all the time she's spent with Cole and how closely she's listened to Solas' teaching about spirits and the Fade, that would give Jove a pretty good chance of at least HEARING Mikleo, but she's also got the added benefit of being a mage herself, having been INSIDE the Fade where all the spirits live, interacting with them, and being tied to it via her crazy godhand, so I feel like she might be able to see him as well, but I wanted to check in first to see if I was assuming correctly.
